ABOUT THE FOUNDER
My name is Elisa Bénie, founder of BlasianDollCosmetics, an international beauty brand created with passion to celebrate women of color through a world that is natural, luxurious, feminine, and effortlessly chic.
Of Blasian heritage, with both African and Asian cultural influences, I grew up surrounded by different beauty traditions that shaped my identity and my vision. From a young age, I noticed that there were still limited beauty brands offering products that felt both elegant and truly representative of women of color. I wanted to create a brand where beauty, representation, confidence, and femininity could come together in a unique and inspiring universe.
Bilingual in French and English since the age of four, I have always grown up between different cultures. This naturally gave me an international vision of beauty, entrepreneurship, and self-care.
My entrepreneurial journey began during my student years, when I started selling my first products. At that time, the brand did not yet carry the name BlasianDollCosmetics, but the passion, vision, and desire to create something meaningful were already there.
After completing my French general baccalaureate, I pursued higher education and earned a management degree, while also completing various training programs and certifications in cosmetology and aesthetics. Alongside my studies, I officially founded BlasianDollCosmetics, which is now an internationally registered trademark.
Over the years, the brand has continued to grow internationally. BlasianDollCosmetics products are loved by customers across Europe and the United States, and our products are also available through Amazon USA, where the brand has been selected for commercialization and distribution to customers across the United States.
But my vision goes beyond creating and selling beauty products.
Today, one of the missions closest to my heart is to help aspiring entrepreneurs create their own businesses and beauty brands.
Through our professional lip gloss kits, cosmetic-making supplies, wholesale options, and business solutions, I want to make it easier for women with a dream to take their first steps into entrepreneurship.

And above all, my journey is rooted in faith.
I believe that our dreams, talents, and abilities are gifts from God. We may have the vision, the ideas, and the willingness to work, but ultimately, it is God who guides our steps and builds through us what He has envisioned.
This is not about building an empire for ourselves. It is about being faithful with what God has placed in our hands, using our gifts with purpose, and allowing Him to lead the way.
We dream, we prepare, we work, we trust — and God makes the way.
My desire is to encourage every woman who enters this universe to believe that her story, her creativity, and her ideas have value.
